At Griffiths Hire Shops, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of receipt provided it is in its original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and confirm your eligibility.

  Package the Item

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and promotional items are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at an authorized courier location or bring it directly to one of our local hire shop branches.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
